Science meets strength: the expertise behind RNGD.

RNGD was founded by David Lewis, a fitness professional with over 17 years’ experience in some of London’s most esteemed personal training studios. Holding a degree in Biomedical Science alongside advanced qualifications in nutrition, strength and conditioning, and metabolic fitness, David combines in-depth scientific knowledge with a highly practical, client-first approach. 

His passion is creating intelligent training systems that adapt to each individual, whether you’re new to exercise, returning after injury, or an experienced client pushing beyond current limits. David’s expertise has been featured in Men’s Health, Men’s Fitness, and GQ, and his reputation is built on delivering long-term results that focus on real function, health, and total wellbeing. 

 

RNGD exists to provide a deeper level of personal training in London: one that values your time, your biology, and your long-term health.
